Why minion? What do you mean by that?

For the first decade of my career, my mindset was “do what your boss says”. I was literally a minion. My career, and life, took off once I broke out of that mindset and started focusing on what I thought was best.

What are you working on now?

I’m proud to say that I’m the CTO of Rising Team, where we help managers lead happy and successful teams so that everyone is understood and supported to be their best.
